24-Hour Access: Enjoy full-day use of the venue. This includes setup time, the actual event, and breakdown.

Rental Rates
Standard Events: $3,000.00 TTD
Ticketed Events: $7,000.00 TTD
Refundable Damage Deposit: $1,000.00 TTD
A 50% down payment is required upon signing to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 9 working days before the event.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event are subject to a 50% penalty.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the full deposit.
Non-payment of final balance before the event date will result in automatic cancellatio
Client Responsibilities
Licenses & Approvals: Clients must obtain all required approvals to host their event.
Décor & Equipment: Clients may bring their own décor, equipment, and entertainment (e.g. DJs, bands). Note: Management reserves the right to shut down disruptive events and enforce safety guidelines.
Garbage & Clean-up: All materials must be removed from the premises immediately after the event.
